In tune with the new Government’s Mission on housing for all, Naredco is pleased to organize its 12th National Convention on 12-13 September 2014 at the Convention Hall, The Ashok, New Delhi. The theme of the Convention is ‘Housing for All-2022’, which coincides with the year India will celebrate its 75th Independence Day.
The objective of the Convention is to prepare a road map encompassing various reforms-legislative, regulatory, administrative and financial to accomplish the National Mission. It is to be noted that the 12th Five Year Plan has an outlay of Rs 35000 crore for affordable housing development, which can at best create 2 million housing units against the estimated requirement of 30 million. Friends, the private sector has a major challenge and business opportunity awaiting to be tapped.
The 2 days Convention is expected to attract nearly 1000 delegates from across the country. Representatives of Central and State Governments, State Development Authorities and Housing Boards besides real estate developers, builders & senior professionals, banking and housing finance companies, town planners, architects, and other associated industries are expected to participate. The convention also offers unique opportunity for networking with various stake holders of real estate industry.
On this occasion, the 1st NAREDCO Real Estate Awards shall also be presented to various accomplished stake holders of real estate for which the knowledge partner is KPMG, the global network of professionals, providing audit, tax and advisory services.
