How to join?

To join KARNAREDCO, one should download and fill the Application Form and forward them to the Director General, NAREDCO-Karnataka along with the Bank Draft/Cheque of requisite amount at the following address.

Rules & Eligibility for Membership

Enterprises involved in any discipline of real estate business which includes land development, planning & construction of residential, commercial and institutional buildings/complexes, development of townships, real estate finance & marketing,
and allied fields like architecture, manufacturing & supply of construction material, finance, insurance etc. are eligible for the membership of NAREDCO. Different categories of Membership are:

Regular Members

Enterprises engaged in any facet of Real Estate Development that make initial contribution to the corpus fund of NAREDCO and pay annual membership fee as mentioned in the table below.

Associate Members

Enterprises operating in ancillary fields of Real Estate Development, such as production and supply of building materials, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, consultants etc. are entitled to become Associate Member subject to payment of initial contribution
and annual membership fee as mentioned in the table below.
